用途 Function

本机主要用于内衣模杯生产及其他同类产品的定型生产。

It is mainly used for molding bra cups and other similar products.

 特点 Features

◆ 采用四导杠向，刚性好，导向精度高。节省操作时间，合模平稳。

◆ 全封闭结构，强力抽烟，工作台面内置冷却风扇，有利于模杯散热，延长色变周期。

◆ 双层电箱门，可保护电器，外门有钢化玻璃窗口，温控表现觉性良好，可直观模具各部位的温度，调节自如。

◆ 本公司针对内衣模杯生产开发的特有温控系统，运用可控硅一相触发电流控制加热，可使发热更均匀、平稳、省电，节能效果佳，并可延长发热管使用寿命。

◆ It adopts four guide rods with a high accuracy in guiding,which saves working time and helps the upper and lower moulds matched steadily.

◆ With whole-sealed structure,it has strong pumping installation.Equipped with external cooling fans on the molding table,it is useful for heat dissipation and prolonging discoloring period.

◆ The electric box is two-doubled door,which can protect electrical appliance.The outdoor has equipped with toughened glass b.The temperature controller is of good vision which can help operator view directly the temperature in each part and it is handy to be adjusted.

◆ To direct at the specific temperature control system in the development of bra cups production,we utilize silicon controlled phase shifting triggering current to control heating.So it can make the temperature more even and steady with remarkable energy-saving efficiency and it will prolong the service life of heating tube.
