本产品是用于测定混凝土凝结时间的全自动智能仪器,全自动完成去泌水、启/闭试样盖、贯入、换测针、清洗、结果分析等,无需人工值守,解放人力。结合实测的贯入值,根据设定测试策略,自动分析zui佳贯入时间间隔,可在试验完成前提前数小时预测初/终凝时间的初步结果;贯入速度和贯入深度精确控制,综合误差微小,可避免因操作手法不标准产生的人为误差。
全自动混凝土凝结时间测定仪包括仪器主机硬、软件等组成。仪器选用高性能、高可靠性嵌入式工业控制计算机平台,与本公司自主研发的控制软件和专门设计的一体式3维定位贯入阻力采样机构相配合,实现了混凝土试样贯入阻力(抗贯入强度)变化特性全自动准确测定,自动分析、计算混凝土初、终凝时间和生成试验数据文件。为科研、检测、质量控制提供一款全新、优质、方便实用的检测仪器。

Fully Automatic Concrete Setting Time Determinator
This product is a fully automatic intelligent instrument for determining the setting time of concrete. It automatically completes tasks such as removing bleeding water, opening/closing sample covers, penetration, replacing probes, cleaning, and result analysis without manual attendance, freeing up manpower. By combining measured penetration values and according to the set testing strategy, it automatically analyzes the optimal penetration time interval and can predict preliminary results of initial/final setting times several hours before the test completion. With precise control of penetration speed and depth, minimal overall error is achieved, avoiding human errors caused by non-standard operating techniques.
The Fully Automatic Concrete Setting Time Determinator consists of instrument host hardware and software. Adopting a high-perbance, highly reliable bded industrial control computer platb, it coordinates with the company’s self-developed control software and a specially designed integrated 3D bing penetration resistance sampling mechanism. This enables fully automatic and accurate determination of the variation characteristics of penetration resistance (penetration strength) of concrete samples, automatic analysis and calculation of initial/final setting times of concrete, and generation of test data files. It provides a new, high-quality, convenient, and practical testing instrument for scientific research, testing, and quality control.
