一、简介
电容储能点焊机,利用工频交流电经整流器整流后向电容器充电,被存储的电能再经焊接变压器放电转换成低电电压的、能量比较集中稳定的脉冲电流,通过被焊工件的接触点产生电阻热将金属熔接。
相较于普通工频 50Hz 交流控制器,具有如下优点:
1、节能高效;
2、对电网的需求低,不仅体现在大功率焊机仅需小功率电网,还体现在电网的波动对其影响也小;
3、焊点热影响小,不变色、变形;
4、强规范焊接,极其适合凸焊,包括多点凸焊、环凸焊(密封性要求)、高强度钢。
二、技术特点
1、充放电速度快:高性能微处理器控制充放电,改变传统延时继电器的控制方式,极大提高充放电速度。不需要升压变压器,20ms即可完成闪充。
2、不挑电容:传统控制电路在电容老化后由于其充放电特性变坏而无法正常工作,本控制器采用全新控制方式,新旧电容在不损坏前提下都可正常工作,延长电容使用寿命。
3、不烧模块和限流电阻:多重检测确保不出现充放电模块同时开启导致烧坏模块和电炉丝现象。即便在放电可控硅因故障或老化而短路时,控制器也可以自动进入保护模式保证电路的安全。
4、电容电压自动调节:控制器自动对电容泄漏电流进行补偿以保证电压恒定。手动设置焊接电压时,电容电压自动随设置的焊接电压值做相应调节。
5、故障检测及告警功能:可自动检测焊机故障并告警。告警包括充电故障告警、放电故障告警、电压过充告警和存储错误告警。
6、可存储64组规范:可以存储64组焊接规范供用户使用。
7、4位焊接计数:焊接时自动计数,范围0~9999,手动清零。
8、电容电压实时检测:实时检测电容电压,不到设定电压值不放电。误差≤1%。
9、可对焊接时间进行预设定,可设置焊接时间,焊接电流,逆变频率,焊接压力,对于特定焊接材料尤其是热成型板高强钢等,让焊接工艺更轻松。

电容储能点焊机产品特点
1.电网容量需求低,对电网冲击小/Low demand and less impact on power gride
同样的焊接能力下,储能点焊机只需要交流点焊机的1/5以下的容量,中频焊机1/3左右的容量。
Under the same welding capacity.the stored-energy spot welder only needs less than 1/5 capacty as that ot an AC spot welder and about 1/3 capacity as that of a medium-freguency welder.

3 .能量波动极小,焊接质量稳定/Small energy fluctuation and stable welding quality
焊接热量波动在1%内,焊接品质稳定可靠。

4.放电时间极短,热影响小,焊点美观/Very short discharging, small heat effect and good appearance of solder point
焊接放电时间在10ms左右,工件表面不变色,熔核区域外变形小。

主变压器不需要通水冷却,不会因为连续长时间焊接而过热,可以节省大量的冷却水资源。

控制逻辑保证电容只有在充电到设定值后才允许放电,从而保证了焊接电流的恒定。
