熔体流动速率测定仪
本熔体流动速率仪是用来测定各种高聚物在粘流状态时熔体流动速率,它既适用于熔融温度较高的聚碳酸酯、聚芳砜、氟塑料等工程塑料,也适用于聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS树脂、聚甲醛树脂等熔融温度较低的材料测试,广泛地应用于塑料生产、塑料制品、石油化工等行业以及有关院校、科研单位和商检部门。
本熔体流动速率仪满足GB/T 3682.1-2018《热塑性塑料熔体质量流动速率和熔体体积流动速率的测定》、ISO 1133:2011和ASTM D 1238-2010标准中规定的热塑性塑料熔体质量流动速率和熔体体积流动速率的测试方法,使用前请操作者详细阅读本作用说明书。
工作原理:
熔体流动速率是指热塑性塑料在一定温度和负荷下,熔体每10min通过标准口模的质量,用MFR来表示,以及每10min通过标准口模的体积,用MVR表示,其数值可以表示热塑性塑料在熔融状态时的粘流特性,参见《GB/T 3682-2000热塑性塑料熔体质量流动速率和熔体体积流动速率的测定》第6、7部分

Melt Flow Rate Tester
This melt flow rate tester is used to determine the melt flow rate of various polymers in the viscous flow state. It is applicable to both engineering plastics with higher melting temperatures (e.g., polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastics) and materials with lower melting temperatures (e.g., polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, polyoxymethylene resin). It is widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical and other industries, as well as relevant colleges, research institutions, and commercial inspection departments.
This melt flow rate tester complies with the test bs for melt mass flow rate (MFR) and melt volume flow rate (MVR) of thermoplastics specified in:
GB/T 3682.1-2018 Determination of Melt Mass Flow Rate (MFR) and Melt Volume Flow Rate (MVR) of Thermoplastics—Part 1: General Principles

The melt flow rate (MFR) refers to the mass of melt passing through a standard die per 10 minutes under a certain temperature and load, expressed in g/10min. The melt volume flow rate (MVR) refers to the volume of melt passing through a standard die per 10 minutes, expressed in cm3/10min. These values represent the viscous flow characteristics of thermoplastics in the molten state (see Sections 6 and 7 of GB/T 3682-2000 Determination of Melt Mass Flow Rate (MFR) and Melt Volume Flow Rate (MVR) of Thermoplastics).
