      概述:

      工作原理:
      用已知能量的摆锤打击支承成水平梁的试样,由摆锤一次冲击使试样破坏,冲击线位于两支座正中,以冲击前、后摆锤的能量差,确定试样在破坏时所吸收的能量,然后按试样原始横截面积计算其冲击强度。

      Charpy Impact Testing Machine

      Overview

      This testing machine is primarily used for determining the impact toughness of non-bllic materials, including rigid plastics (plates, pipes, plastic profiles), reinforced nylon, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), ceramics, cast stone, and electrical insulating materials. It is widely used in chemical industries, research institutions, universities, and quality inspection departments.

      This instrument fully complies with the requirements of standards such as ISO 179, GB/T 1043, GB/T 18743, GB/T 2611, JB/T 8762, DIN 8078, and Q/QJAR 521. It is a simple-structured, easy-to-operate, and reliable impact testing machine with accurate data.

      Working Principle

      A pendulum hammer with known energy strikes a specimen supported as a horizontal beam. The specimen is broken by a single impact, with the impact line located at the midpoint between the two supports. The energy absorbed by the specimen during failure is determined by the energy difference before and after the impact. The impact strength is then calculated based on the original cross-sectional area of the specimen.
