      执行标准:JGJ/T12-2019《轻骨料混凝土应用技术标准》,GB/T 20473-2021 《建筑保温砂浆》。
      应用范围:
      本仪器适用于测定干燥或不同含湿状况下匀质板状、粉未状材料的蓄热系数、导热系数、导温系数和比热。被测材料导热系数范围在0.0351.7w/m.k(0.03~1.5kcal/m.h.℃),蓄热系数范围0.1-30W/M2K
      基本原理:
      该仪器是以非稳定导热原理为基础,在实验材料中短时间加热,使实验材料的温度发生变化,根据其变化的特点,通过导热微分方程的解,便可计算出试验材料的蓄热系数、导热系数、导温系数和比热。

      Thermal Storage Coefficient Tester

      This instrument features computer-based data acquisition, control, and data processing functions. Its key characteristics include a simple setup, high accuracy, and fast testing speed (a single test takes approximately 10 minutes). It simultaneously measures the thermal storage coefficient, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat of materials in a single test, and can buate thermal perbance under various moisture content conditions.

      Application Scope

      Suitable for measuring the thermal storage coefficient, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat of homogeneous plate-shaped or powdered materials in both dry and varying moisture states.

      • Thermal conductivity range: 0.035–1.7 W/(m·K) (or 0.03–1.5 kcal/(m·h·°C))

      • Thermal storage coefficient range: 0.1–30 W/(m2·K)

      Basic Principle

      Based on the principle of unsteady-state heat transfer, the instrument applies a brief heating pulse to the test material, inducing temperature variations. By solving the heat conduction differential equation using the observed temperature response, the material’s thermal storage coefficient, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat are calculated.
