      一、产品概述

      WH-2无线式建筑围护传热系数现场检测仪是依据GB/T23483-2009《建筑物围护结构传热系数及采暖供热量检测方法》、JGJ/T 132-2009《居住建筑节能检验标准》、JGJ/T 357-2015《围护结构传热系数现场检测技术规程》等标准采用智能触摸屏和物联网模块研制开发的高精度、低功耗的新一代检测仪器。

      该检测仪是通过控制热箱内温度,人为造成试件两侧温差,在相对稳态条件下进行测量,从而提高总体测试精度。该检测仪适用于建筑围护结构传热系数现场检测和实验室检测。通过采集试件表面的热流密度、内外表面温度之差计算出试件的热阻值。最后再算出传热系数。

      优势特点:

      1、具有体积小、精度高、操作方便等特点。

      2、在温度采集方式上,特别是外表面温度的采集,由于受建筑结构的影响,通常需要进行长距离的布线,施工.麻烦且费用高。本检测仪对于外墙温度的采集采用无线通讯方式,去掉温度传感器与检测采集仪的线缆连接,从而简化了施工难度,避免了由于通讯线缆带来的穿墙打洞布线等的麻烦,使检测变得更加方便快捷。

      3、实现通信距离zui高可达150米(室内)或300米(空旷),在室内可以隔墙传输1015层左右;

      4、采用了高智能低功耗的无线通讯技术,提高了电池的使用寿命,根据不同的使用情况电池寿命可达2~3年;

      5、具有断电保持的功能。更换电池不会影响试验。更换电池后仪器自动进行数据传输,继续完成试验过程。

      Wireless On-site Wall Heat Transfer Coefficient Tester

      I. Product Overview

      The WH-2 Wireless Building Envelope Heat Transfer Coefficient Tester is a new generation of high-precision, low-power testing instrument developed in accordance with standards such as GB/T 23483-2009 Test Methods for Heat Transfer Coefficient of Building Envelopes and Heating Supply, JGJ/T 132-2009 Energy Efficiency Inspection Standard for Residential Buildings, and JGJ/T 357-2015 Technical Specification for On-site Detection of Heat Transfer Coefficient of Building Envelopes. It utilizes an intelligent touch screen and IoT modules.

      The tester artificially creates a temperature difference across the specimen by controlling the temperature inside the hot box. Measurements are taken under relatively steady-state conditions to ensure high testing accuracy. It is suitable for both on-site detection of building envelope heat transfer coefficients and laboratory testing. The instrument calculates the thermal resistance of the specimen by collecting the heat flux density and the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces, and subsequently derives the heat transfer coefficient.
