触摸屏纺织品垂直燃烧试验仪

一、 适用范围                                                        
触摸屏控制纺织品垂直燃烧仪是基于原设备技术上的升级产品，采用触摸屏控制，试验高度自动化，除了原有依靠各种按键、器具实现的自动化功能外，触摸屏控制款可存储以往试验数据，并可在试验时调取以往数据。该设备适用于安全网、防护服装、安全带等各类织物及其制品，最终适用于GB5455-2014标准中规定的垂直方向纺织品底边点火时燃烧性能的试验方法。
二、优势特点：                                                 
1.触摸屏显示/控制；
2.设备分控制部分与燃烧箱两部分，燃烧箱箱内尺寸为330*330*765mm；
3.燃烧箱前部为钢化玻璃观察门；
4.箱顶均匀分布16个排气孔，内径12.5mm；燃烧箱两侧各分布6个排气孔，内径12.5mm；
5.箱顶加装顶板；
6.箱顶设支架可承挂式样夹，式样夹底部位于点火器管口zui高点之上17mm；

7.点火器管口内径11mm，管头与垂线为25°角。点火时间：精确至0.5s；
8.气源：工业级丙烷、丁烷或丙烷/丁烷混合气体，在试样按7.3进行预处理的情况下选用纯度不小于97%的甲烷气体；

Textile Vertical Flammability Tester

I. Scope of Application

The touchscreen-controlled textile vertical flammability tester is an upgraded version based on previous models. It adopts touchscreen control and offers a high degree of automation. In addition to the automated functions previously handled by physical buttons and instruments, the touchscreen model can store historical test data and retrieve it during testing.

The equipment is applicable to various fabrics and products such as safety nets, protective clothing, and safety belts. It specifically complies with the vertical combustion perbance test b stipulated in GB 5455-2014, where ignition occurs at the bottom edge of the textile specimen.

II. Advantages & Features

2. Two-Part Design: Separated into a control unit and a combustion chamber.

   • Chamber Internal Dimensions: 330 × 330 × 765 mm.

3. Observation: Front door equipped with a tempered glass b for safe viewing.

4. Ventilation:

   • 16 exhaust holes (ID 12.5 mm) evenly distributed on the top.

   • 6 exhaust holes (ID 12.5 mm) on each side of the chamber.

5. Top Cover: Reinforced顶板 (top plate) added to the chamber roof.

6. Specimen Mounting: A bracket is installed on the top to hang the specimen clamp. The bottom of the specimen clamp is bed 17 mm above the tip of the burner nozzle.

7. Igniter Specifications:

   • Nozzle inner diameter: 11 mm.

   • Nozzle angle: 25° from the vertical.

   • Ignition time accuracy: ±0.5 seconds.

8. Gas Supply: Industrial-grade propane, butane, or propane/butane mixtures. For specimens pre-treated per standard 7.3, methane gas with a purity of ≥97% is required.
