一、进口流程详解：
国外海运-----中国港口(清关放行)-----消毒场-----送货厂家
1、到港提单换单，半天
2、(或同时进行)提前申报商检，出商检单，2天
3、正式报关申报，放行，1天
4、港内拖运、排队等候安排消毒检疫、卫生处理、2--7天
5、签名，提货离港口，半天( 以上为一般作业的工作日损耗，以具体作业安排为准)
二、代理物流垫款费：
1 换单费/码头费/柜租场租费,
2 代理商检报关费/报关代理/商检代理/检疫消毒
3 商检查柜手续加收： A口岸费： 货物价值的万分之五 B商检规费：千分之二点五/票.
注：进口所需要的单证是：原产地证，植物检验检疫证，货物码单。木材进口税金是估算是：原木13%，木方17%，木皮20.5%。
三、进口报关主要需要的单证
1、提单显示重量和拉丁文品名就可以了，不必要显示其他的资料
2、装箱单
3、商务FA票
4、贸易合同
5、原产地zheng 一般红木类或者檀木类才重点看下
6、熏蒸zheng
7、植检zheng重点看 立方数和拉丁品名
8、码单。查货的时候用，广州查的比较严格

        国家外汇局：换汇不得再用于境外购房及投资

每年五万美元换汇额度不变
近日，有市场传言称，从今年开始，人民币换成其他货币的限额将有所缩小。不过，国家外汇局有关负责人在答记者问中，否定了这样的传言。
“个人年度购汇便利化额度没有变化。”国家外汇局有关负责人表示，境内个人凭有效身份证件进行真实性购汇需求申报后，直接在银行办理年度便利化额度之内的购汇；便利化额度之外的经常项目购汇，凭有交易金额的真实性证明材料办理，不存在任何障碍。据了解，目前国家外汇局实行每人每年限购等同于5万美元的额度的外汇政策。而2016年已过，对于需要购汇的居民来说，从今年1月1日起，5万美元的购汇限额将重新计算。
国家外汇局数据显示，目前我国每年出境人次已达1.2亿，个人用汇明显增多。2016年1月至11月，银行代客累计售汇97982亿元人民币，累计结售汇逆差18233亿元人民币。
