实验室通风柜材质说明：1、 柜 体：采用1.2mm冷轧钢板经酸洗淋化防腐处理后，环氧树脂粉末喷塑。

2、 台 面：实验室专用防腐12.7mm厚实心理化板，操作边整边。

3、  内衬板、导流板：采用6mm耐酸碱抗倍特板。
4、 视窗：采用钢化安全玻璃，开启高度0~740mm。
5、 平衡：采用无段式平衡升降系统，视窗可停留在任意位置。
6、 悬吊钢索：采用PVC包覆钢索。
7、 排气罩：采用pp防腐排气罩。
8、 插座：采用4个10ATCL国际电工的万用插座，适用于各种仪器插头。
9、 照明：采用防尘、防暴、防溅、隐藏式1支20W日光灯照明。
10、 灭菌：采用1支40W紫外线灯。
11、 开关：微电子触摸开关(美观,方便)或按钮开关(实用性能好,在腐蚀气体环境中不易出现问题)
12、 龙头：武洁单口鹅颈化验龙头，加厚铜质，耐酸、防腐、防紫外线、辐射、耐热；陶瓷阀芯：90□旋转，使用寿命开关50万次；可拆卸铜质水嘴。
13、 泄水头：采用高密度PVC沉淀式泄水头，防止水管堵塞，并易于拆卸保养。
14、 小水杯：高密度PP，耐强腐蚀，壁厚可达7mm，平整不变形，一体成型式安装方式。
15、 铰链：采用两段式铰链（耐腐蚀）；
16、 拉手：铝合金成型拉手，外经防腐处理。
